TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read carefully the General Terms and Conditions on this page. They limit our liability and outline the terms and conditions under which this company will operate. Payment of deposit represents an acceptance by the traveller of the terms and conditions as stated here.

Reservation Deposits and Payments: A deposit of 25% per person is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due 5 days before the Tour. For your convenience, money order and bank transfer are acceptable forms of payment.

Terms of Payment: CREATIVE CHOICE TOURIST ANIMATION COMPANY reserves the right to cancel any registration or reserve for which payment has not obeyed the conditions mentioned above.

Prices:
Prices quoted in this website are in effect at the time of printing and are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellations and Refund Policy:
All requests for cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received less than 4 days before departure are subject to a refund of 50% per person of the total price. Cancellations less than 48 h before departure and ‘no show’ are subject to no refund. All claims for refund must be received within 15 days of the return date of the tour.

Insurance: Insurance, according to Portuguese law.

Baggage:
Baggage is carried at owner’s risk. CREATIVE CHOICE is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to your luggage. Baggage insurance is highly recommended.

Not Included in Tour Price:
Hotel stays, meals, taxes, optional excursions are not included in the tour. Gratuities to local guides and bus drivers are not included and are entirely at the participant's discretion.

Responsibility:
CREATIVE CHOICE, TOURIST ANIMATION COMPANY LDA, Parque Industrial Meramar VI – Rua das Fontainhas, sala 51 – 22, Venda Nova 2700 – 319 Amadora, is responsible for operating the tours offered in this website. The Animation Tourist Company acts only as an agent for the tour participants in all matters connected with the tour transportation, sightseeing tours, etc. The Company reserves the right to withdraw and/or cancel a tour or make changes in the itinerary whenever, in its sole judgment, conditions warrant it, or if such cancellations and/or changes result from circumstances beyond the Company control, or if it deems necessary for the comfort, convenience of the passenger’s safety. If the Company cancels the tour, in terms of refund it shall be governed by the laws of Portugal.

Complaints: Will only be considered if submitted in writing within a period not exceeding 15 days after the end of the provided services. According to the directive of the EU Council, complaints can only be accepted if they have been communicated to the suppliers of services (hotels, guides, local staff, etc.). During travel course or stay, the client shall require to these entities, their documents, provide the occurrence and give rise to the complaint.
